Tomatoes aren't normally a late-fall crop, but this is exactly when Cedar Spring Farms starts to really crank out their red slicers. They grow hydroponically, so summer is too hot for most of their indoor crops. Winter is when they thrive, which is great for the rest of us.
We're also featuring artisan pasta from Della Terra this week, so you might say we have a Mediterranean theme going. Enjoy!
