Swan Bros. Dairy is producing cream and cheese again! For months, they have had low milk supply, an issue that started in the summer due to the drought and the extreme heat (hard conditions for any mammal.) Cheese and cream are both products that dairies only produce when they have extra milk, so no extra milk meant no cream or cheese for us.
But now it is back, on our shelves and in your box!
