Amelia's has a new yogurt flavor - chocolate! It's like a tangy little pudding cup.
On the produce front, these are the slim times. Local apples and other storage crops are getting very thin, and it is still a month or more away from hardy spring crops, like greens and radishes. We're also "in between" cows - we butcher whole animals in-house, but sometimes we have to wait a couple weeks for one to come back from the processor.
This is a time of year to lean into the other side of local, like cheese from Swan Bros. and pasta from Della Terra.
