Happy Super Bowl Weekend! Get ready for some more snow!
This week we have Lemon Balm as an option to go with the Sage, Thyme, and Oregano. We almost forgot how much fresh herbs enhance any meal we cook and are so happy to have them again. They like water so make sure you water them daily or have them sitting in water. 
This week is also exciting because we start offering fresh locally caught seafood. The seafood we are offering is from North Fork Seafood and it will be what the seasonal catch. For this month it is Fluke and Porgy. I hope you enjoy and you know what goes great with seafood? Fresh Herbs!!
