Mother nature came through with 2.5" of rain, (yes a little late) but we will take it. We are about 10" below our normal for this time of year and it has greatly affected our winter cover crops.
Did you spot us on News 12 this week? We made a little appearance with Island Harvest food bank, as well as several other local farmers who are part of our CSA. A staggering 100,000lbs of our potatoes will be distributed across Suffolk county to families in need.
Thanksgiving is coming so stock up on all the essentials, from potatoes, turnips, kale, collards, sprouts, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, Beef and more! Also, a new item will be from the team at Montes Sauce. Small batch organic pastas!! Load up on the goods and enjoy the weekend!
