First week of November already is in the books and it is officially baby due month. Thankfully I was able to finish digging all of our potatoes and have them in storage. Just need to put a cover crop down on 10 acres tomorrow and the farm is ready for fall and winter.
This will be the last week of sweet corn, tomatoes, and a few other veggies as we role into true fall crops. Its been a good run so make sure you get your hands on some this week. We also dug our russet potatoes this week, so they will be on the menu. Russets are what most people know as 'Idaho Potatoes.'
We also have Zilnicki Farm Porter House steaks in stock. I'm telling you right now... they are delicious!
Enjoy this gorgeous weekend!
Your farmer,
John
