Last week we were filmed and interviewed during the CSA pack day. It defiantly felt weird having microphones and cameras all around but I feel it is important to put ourselves in uncomfortable situations to know what we can and cant do. I'm excited to see what they make of it and we should here back in a few weeks with some awesome CSA content.
This week if you order the lettuce salad mix or arugula you will receive 2 for the price of 1!! So take advantage of that while supplies last.
Our 2024 seed potatoes arrived from Maine this Friday, meaning its almost go time out in the fields. Also, we will be adding an operation to Zilnicki Farms this year. It is, pastured pork. We are extremely excited about this and if you know the difference between local pastured pork vs the store bought pork, you are excited too. (real pork isn't supposed to be white!).
