Potato plant 2024 is underway on Zilnicki Farms. It is a feat in itself to get all the old equipment up and running and we can finally say, we are out in the fields and were able to get the first 8 acres of potatoes in the ground. We are blessed to have a phenomenal stretch of spring weather right now and we are taking full advantage of it. We still need to be careful this time of year for cold nights and last night was a reminder as we got a nice frost. We know a late full moon in April, with clear sky's is the perfect receipt for cold frosty nights.
