I'm not going to say its over but summer is winding down. Harbes apple orchard is getting ready to open, which means the dreaded fall traffic season is upon us. Last year was a partial rainout so I wish the farms that offer 'Agritainment' a great fall.
Best of luck to all the kiddos heading back to school in the next few weeks. Back to school usually means also, the dreaded mystery illnesses that plague us throughout the year. The best way to combat that is proper nutrition, keeping ours and the kids bodies strong and nourished. We believe soups to be the key to our health and the incorporation of bone broth and chicken stocks as much as possible.
