Looking for something a little different this week? Well you're in luck, because we've just added kelp products from Barnacle Foods in Juneau! Yes, KELP! We'll be carrying some of their delicious salsas, dill (kelp) pickles, and bullwhip hot sauce. If you haven't tried these guys' products, I highly recommend you do! It may sound a little strange at first, but they really know their kelp and how to make it taste good. I ate almost a whole jar of their salsa last night for dinner!
You may have noticed our donation options are back. For those of you not familiar with them, when you purchase a donation product, we will bring those products to a local food pantry each week for you. We choose a new food pantry each week to try to spread the love around as much as possible.
Lastly, as you know, the Farm Stand is a limited seasonal offering. We are playing it by ear, but will be shutting it down in about 2 - 4 weeks as we start to prepare for our summer Farm Share subscription season. For those of you that are summer members (or want to be, there's still room!), you will still have access to all of these great add-on items during the summer as well. One of the many perks of being a member!
