Hello and Happy Friday!
We just got a whole cow in from Mugrage Hay and Cattle in Delta Junction and our freezers are packed to the gills with delicious, humanely raised protein! When we purchase meat from farmers, we buy the whole animal, then have the processors butcher it to our specifications. So we always get a variety of cuts but a cow only has so many T-Bone steaks! We're offering T-Bones as our featured steaks this week, and also have burger, stew meat and short ribs! We will post different cuts each week, so keep checking back if you're looking for something in particular. We also just got a new order of seafood in from Catch 49, so are stocked up with more Rockfish and Halibut!
Halloween is tomorrow and we know what that means.....the holiday season is starting soon! And we've been planning some fun treats for you all! We'll be offering assorted gift boxes with things like honey, jam, chocolate and coffee for all the people on your holiday shopping lists. As well as holiday dinner boxes with all the key local products you need for a feast! And to take some of the stress off of your meal prep shopping. More info to come!
