Happy Friday! We had a nice little spurt of hot weather for a couple days there that gave the plants a boost, but things are pretty chilly again out in the Mat-Su Valley. We're doing our best to get the most variety for you as we can, but this season has proved to be one of the hardest we've seen.
While we can't predict produce availability, we can say for certain we've got a fresh side of beef in the freezer ready and waiting for all of you meat eaters! This week we're offering T-Bone Steaks, Top Sirloin Steaks, and more Ground Beef. We'll be listing more cuts as the month goes on, so be sure to keep checking in. The beef is from Mugrage Hay and Cattle in Delta Junction.
