Unbelievably, August is almost here! And that's an exciting month for local produce. The long summer days have been working their magic and we're starting to see many mid-summer crops come ready, like beets, beans, onions and peas. Broccoli and cauliflower have been a little bit hard by the odd weather this year, but hoping to have more of those in the coming weeks.
The new month also means we're switching up our Extra options for you and adding some new goodies! This month we've got coffee from the local roasters at Steam Dot, including their popular canned cold brew. We've also got some new seasonal salt flavors from Prince William Sound Salt Co, including a gorgeous red rhubarb salt and a sea salt and pepper steakhouse rub, perfect for anything you're throwing on the grill!
