It's been nice to get some sunny days this week, even though temperatures have been chilly. Great weather for curing winter squash! Last week we had kabocha and this week we'll have spaghetti as our featured winter squash. This will also be the first week of brussels sprouts, which I couldn't be more excited for! And an extra special treat and first here at Arctic Harvest...local plums!!! These aren't going to be the large plums you're used to from the store. They are quite small, but packed with flavor! We have a very limited quantity, so grab them up soon if you want to try some out.
