Entree: Beef and Mushroom Pot Pie. Slow cooked Pot Roast and Ashbourne Farms Mushrooms in a rich Cabernet and mushroom broth with garden vegetables and herbs. (2 each, 9-inch pies) Serves 6
Soup: Loaded Baked Potato Soup with Kenny’s White Cheddar, Broadbent Bacon, Sour Cream and Green Onion.
Salad: Chopped Salad with Carrot, Radish, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Olives, and Feta Cheese. Dressed with Chardonnay Vinaigrette.
