Entree: Cochinita Pibil Tacos (Spicy Pulled Pork) with Oaxacan Mole (*Contains tree nuts, peanuts, dairy and gluten.) Cilantro Rice, Corn Tortillas, Lime Crema, Shaved Jalapenos.
Serves 6.
Soup: Vegetarian Black Bean Chili, Charred Scallion and Corn Relish. Jalapeno Corn Muffins.
Salad: Ashbourne Farms early fall mixed greens with Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion, Pickled Corn, Roasted Peppers, Buttermilk Cotija, dressed with Blistered Shishito Pepper Ranch.
