Farm Offerings 10082020

Below are next week’s offerings from our Culinary Team.

All CSA orders/changes must be submitted before Noon on Monday.

Entree: House made Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli with Braised Short Rib and Mushroom Ragout and Farm Vegetables, Shaved Parmesan Cheese, Garlic Breadcrumbs. Serves 6.   

Soup: Creamy Heirloom Tomato Soup with Basil Pesto. 32oz.   

Salad: Ashbourne Farms Cobb salad with Kenny’s Blue Cheese, Bacon Lardons, Hard Boiled Egg, Cherry Tomatoes, Coquillo Olives, dressed with Madhouse Red Wine Tomato Vinaigrette.  Serves 6.  

Extras:  

  • Cinnamon Swirl Bread 
  • Barbara’s Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. Serves 6. 
  • Capriole Piper’s Pyramid Butter
  • Foie Gras and Sauternes Butter
  • Vegan Herb Butter 
  • Peach Hot Sauce 
  • Ashbourne Kimchi (Napa cabbage, radish, ginger, carrot, bok choy)
