Farm Offerings 10012020

Below are next week’s offerings from our Culinary Team.

All CSA orders/changes must be submitted before Noon on Monday.

Entree: Mom’s Meatloaf Glazed with Roasted Tomato Jam, Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Corn and Green Beans, Mushroom Gravy. Serves 6   

Soup: Honey Glazed Carrot and Ginger Soup. 32 oz.   

Salad: Baby Spinach Salad with Ashbourne Mushrooms, Bacon, Diced Hard Boiled Egg, and Pickled Red Onions. Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette. Serves 6.
