I love this time of year!!! Everything is being put to rest; fields are being cover cropped and greenhouses are being emptied out before starting our winter plantings. Two of our four greenhouses are completely ready for the end of the Fall CSA and Winter CSA. We have radishes, spinach, arugula, turnips and spring mix seeded in one house. Another is full of herbs, head lettuce, celery, Kale and collards, and Broccoli. Soon it will be time to start curing Turmeric and Ginger. We are right on track for an amazing winter CSA program!!
