Another Greenhouse is planted and ready to go for the Winter CSA Program! We have removed all of the heirloom Tomatoes from Greenhouse 1 and spent the vast majority of this week turning it over and planting new crops for winter. We have lots of spinach, peas, Lettuces, and green onions ready to go! The Broccoli and kales that we planted two weeks ago are actively growing and are healthy. The Diakon radishes, turnips and salad greens that were seeded in house 4 are germinating and some will be harvest-able by Thanksgiving. It is shaping up to be a wonderful Winter CSA program! If you haven't signed up yet, please do so soon before we run out of space!!!
