Cool temps on in the immediate forecast! After yesterday's record-setting 98 degrees on October 2nd, and another scorcher today, our plants and we are glad to see cooler temps expected in the coming days. Rain chance remains at 30% or less, which is sad, but watering needs decrease when high temps are in the 70's. The irrigation pond we use will not be refilling anytime soon, but with cooler temps we should be able to water what we need from just our 2 wells. There's your farming update for today!

Enjoy your options this week! Radishes and Turnips are really nice this week, Sweet Snack Size Peppers and Tomatoes are rocking-good in this dry heat, and we even have a variety of greens for you. GINGER is going to be harvested soon, and we'll pick Acorn Squash soon as well!
Best,
