Frost has arrived. We have had a few frosty mornings this week. While it is sad to say goodbye to the summer crops, it was time. The typical first frost is October 12 - 20 and so we were able to get another week in!

Potatoes have been a big focus this week! We have been working to get all of the potatoes harvested and into the cold storage before winter. It is looking like it will be a good potato harvest this year. The potato cold storage will be full!

The weather the past few weeks has been amazing. We are really starting to move into the fall crops this week! The fall potato harvest has started. It is looking like it is going to be a good potato crop this year. We are so thankful!

Starting to enjoy some fall crops! Spaghetti squash is available again this week and we are starting with honey crisp apples!
