Good day to all of you. Hope this newsletter finds you checking off a few things from the holiday to do lists. It does seem difficult to accomplish much with the short hours of daylight. We get orders packed, micros replanted, tractors running. solve heating and water problems in the greenhouses, snow shoveled and our day seems full up. At least wreath making Gail can do under the wonderful lights in the Red Shed.
This will be your final delivery for the Early Winter Farm Share program. Hopefully you are able to stock up on a few roots for winter. If you have any lingering boxes in the hall closet or car trunk, please leave them at your drop site. We do our best to constantly recycle even with the restaurants we deliver to. Thank you very much for supporting your local farmers. We do our best to bring you healthy food for your tables. Expenses are getting higher and higher. Makes it very challenging to produce the food that goes on all our tables. Our next big challenge is trying to figure out where $6,000 is going to come from to replace the transmission on the farm delivery van.
As slways have a great week. Happy holidays to you all. Watch for updates on the 2023 farm share program. Again, thank you for supporting your local farmers.
