We have been very busy on the farm lately. Our fields are filled with hope; tomatoes, zucchini, and beans growing ready for harvest in warmer days. Our hens are happy to note the snow is gone and they can now freely search the farm for juicy bugs and tasty treats. It has been a bit of a gloomy spring but the first of our produce will be ready for pick up this coming week. This cold weather we have left our plants a bit stunted and our boxes for the first week will be a bit light. To make up for the lack of abundance I will be adding to your boxes delicious traditional bagels made with organic flour.
