This week we will have more corn and also some potatoes from my aunt and uncle at Forman Farms. They grow a few different kinds of fingerling potatoes and I'm not sure which one we will be getting this week. Regardless, they will be delicious!
We will have a break in lettuce production this week. It's tough to have good lettuce with this heat so we will wait to harvest until the quality is better in the new beds of now.
