With the nights becoming cooler, the greens are really taking off. This week we will harvest arugula, chard, kale, salad mix, romaine, and stirfry mix.
If you haven't tried the stirfry mix, check it out! It's a great easy meal...just add some onions, garlic and a tasty stirfry sauce and you've got a nutrient-packed main or side!
We will have lots of tomato seconds this week so if you like to make and/or preserve tomatoes in the form of sauce be sure to swap some into your share!
