Good afternoon from Featherstone Farm!
Honestly, taking the time to stop and reflect is a welcome occurrence for me. The 2021 season is steadily climbing itself to a crescendo. The onslaught of warm season crops like melons, sweet corn and tomatoes will begin to meld with cool season crops like cabbage, winter squash and broccoli and, before you know it, the end of another season will be on the horizon.
The warehouse itself has many different parts in the production of the farm, interconnected with just about every facet of the business. From delivery and distribution, to CSA preparation, washing and packing, and wholesale customer order assembly. All are very important to producing the best product we can for you and all of our customers. We really do enjoy what we do here, and being able to have a lot hands in so many integral processes of the farm means it's really all about community. It really gives us a sense of pride and ownership of the good work we do here.

Ben, Liam and Conner, all technically field production folks but who all help out in warehouse wash and pack from time to time.
Our new barrel washer!
As always, I say thank you to all of you for your continued support. When you support the farm it’s not just vegetables or a business, but you are truly supporting people and families. It means more than you know.
Thanks again,
James Mabry
