Summer is finally here with the first of the vegetables! We've got some great salads in store for you this week. It's been a crazy wet and painfully slow spring, but we've now got around 6 acres planted and lots of veggies growing. We're not yet able to harvest as many different types of vegetables as this time last year, because everything is growing so slowly. Grow little darlings, grow!
Depending on your preferences you may see some honey in your bag this week! You'll also see it as a swap item in your share from our friendly beekeepers who manage the hives on our farm. If you want to swap it in or out just check to the left of your screen to make sure you're not going over your value unless you want to! You may need to "leave out" an item to balance the value. The Jubilee Forest Farmers are good friends just down the road, and we like to help each other out. You'll see their fresh ground whole grain flours, honey and maple syrup available as extras each week to add onto your share.
