"Green onion" refers to the plant whenever it has nice green leaves, and it can be harvested at various stages. We have beautiful luscious greens on our onions this year so it's time to share! We harvest them gradually over the summer, so you'll see the size of the bulb slowly growing here on in. Come September once the greens start to die back we harvest them in bulk, cure them, and then put them into storage for the winter.
This week we're also excited to be sharing the first of our Tomatoes fresh from our greenhouse! For me, it means summer is finally here - the bright side to all this ridiculous heat.
