Mistakes and accidents, as much as the perfectionist in me strives to set up checks and balances to avoid them, still happen occasionally. I know sometimes it can be hard to speak up, but if you're ever surprised by something please let us know! We've got eyes on quality control at both harvesting and packing stages, but every once in a while something slips through. With our thanks for sharing if you ever have a quality concern, we're always happy to replace the item in your next bag. I realized we never put that up front and centre with you this year, so there it is - our quality guarantee.
This is our first year with Harvie (the second year that Harvie is running) - and we're finding the odd glitch in the system too. They're super responsive to fixing things as quickly as they can, and it has been amazing to see all the feedback and changes they have implemented over the course of the summer. Did you know they have a few help videos if you're still not feeling like you've mastered the system?
