We're so excited for the start of our all new salad shares! The salad share will come with a mix of seasonally available greens, 2 sides, a salad topper (croutons) and a homemade dressing using organic & locally grown ingredients whenever possible from our friends at Finca Farm & Pantry. This weeks dressing is Miso Ginger.
This week we are featuring Mizuna greens for one of our salad items. Mizuna is a green from the mustard family, but it's tender leaf, mild flavor, and refreshing crunch make it an excellent addition to a salad. Mizuna is loaded with nutrients and low in calories. It is super high in antioxidants that protect your body from free-radicals and prevent damage to the body's cells. It is high in vitamin K (which supports the body with blood clotting and healing), Vitamin C (for immunity), and Vitamin A (for bone and eye health). We will also have a selection of radishes- Red Daikon and colorful Easter Egg Blend. The Red Daikon has a nice mild flavor and the long roots make it easy to slice. For those who aren't huge fans of the radish "bite" you can also try roasting them for 15-20 minutes at 350 in the oven to tame the heat.
For those who are new to the online CSA with us: Please add details for your delivery *** Let us know if you have a special spot where you'd like us to leave your produce for home delivery. ***Let us know if you have a gluten allergy so we know what salad topping is appropriate. *** Or hold/re-schedule a delivery if you will be out of town.

If you ordered only spring Micro-greens you can also add in extra items to go with this delivery if you would like.
