The weather is very changeable, too much rain during these last 7 days and with normal temperatures we hope that August will not be the same as this month of July. In August we will start planting greens and we will need abundant rain. SIMPLE ROASTED OKRA.
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. spray cookie sheet or shallow baking pan with olive oil. Toss whole okra with olive oil and minced garlic. Arrange on bread and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast until done.
