Greetings Farm Members!
The days are getting longer and we are loving the early Spring weather!
Greg has been working on a maple house this winter and it is ready to roll just in time for boiling sap. Our microgreens are looking fantastic, we expect our first harvest by next week although we might have to sample them early, we are just so excited to taste them!
In the farm store this week you will see a few new products. We have some pickles and jam from Top Shelf Preserves and some fresh local stone milled flours from 1847 for you to try.
Our goal is to add high quality, local produced (preferably organic) products as options for our farm shares and online farm stand so that you can support local and eat better, all with the click of your mouse:). If there are products that fit the bill that you would like to see on our store, please let us know.
