To pair with your fresh salmon this week, consider adding some locally grown dill, butter, and finishing salt for a complete recipe. Whatever you fancy on fish night, salmon is sure to be the star. Here are 5 Pro Tips from Food & Wine to turn you into the salmon slinging maven you were always meant to be.
Jail Island Salmon is a truly special fishery. The fish are raised in the North Atlantic Ocean off the Canadian coast, where they can spend their critical life stages in the wild. This is the first project of its kind in the world, and for every pound of Jail Island Salmon sold, a portion of proceeds is donated to the Fundy Salmon Recovery project, which aims to re-establish the endangered wild Atlantic salmon population.
