We want to reclaim that image. A snack can and should be healthy, fresh, local, and support the artisans and farmers behind them. The Dairy Free Co- A Cleveland based company making vegan dips and spreads. 100% plant based and built on a clean eating philosophy. On the menu this week- ‘Schmiracle Everything Bagel Spread’ and ‘Take It Cheezy.’ Check out their page for some recipe ideas!
Stutzman Farms - A Millersburg, Ohio farm with organic growth practices. Stutzman Farms has their own on-site mill where they process their grain. From Stutzman Farm we have Rolled Oats, Brown Rice and Red Quinoa!
Hartville Potato Chips- Hartville Potato Chips is a family owned small batch potato chip company in Akron, Ohio. Potatoes are sourced from farms like Farabaugh Farm (PA) and Pochedly Farms (OH). Check out their Instagram to see lots of potatoes in action!
NOMaste- NOMaste is a plant based cake company that makes raw, vegan, and gluten free personal cakes. The company was started by Lydia Dolsen in an effort to combat autoimmune disorders with her daughter. This week we have a vegan Cheesecake and Tiramisu- so good that you don't even notice that it's dairy-free!
The Pizza Bagel Lady- The Cleveland 'Pizagel' is the quintessential fun food. Why not combine 2 of America's favorite foods into one? When you visit Cleveland, the #5 thing to try is a a pizza bagel and founder, Terry Thomsen, is known across the city as "the pizza bagel lady."
