Locust Point Farm- This small family farm is located in NE Maryland, 20 miles from the Pennsylvania border. Since 1980, they've worked to provide our region with animal products raised naturally and without any growth hormones.
Parma Sausage Company- a Pittsburgh staple since 1962, Parma Sausage is at the cornerstone of the Strip District. The family run business bases it's recipes & techniques on it's heritage in Parma, Italy- a region known for it's high quality pork products and world renowned for the Parma Ham.

Fresh Tofu Inc- Fresh Tofu has been producing locally sourced tofu since 1983. The Organic soy beans are brought in from the Fingerlakes region and processed with care in Allentown, PA. Want to see some soybeans being processed?
