Latkes 5 Ways: 

The Classic - Blue Goose Farm Potatoes, Central PA Produce Co-op onions, Jubilee Hilltop Farm eggs, breadcrumbs or matzo meal

Winter Squash & Sage - Winter squash of your choice (we recommend a butternut or honeynut) , onion, sage, flour, eggs, oat bran, oil 

Ricotta, Jam, Cinnamon, and flaky salt topping- The classic latke topped with Natural by Nature Ricotta, Batch Apple Cinnamon Jam, Burlap & Barrel single Origin Cinnamon 

Kale & potato Latkes- Central PA produce Co-op Potatoes, Shallots, Blue Goose Farm Kale, Burlap & Barrel single Origin Cumin, Flour, baking powder, eggs,  oil 

Apple & Fennel Topping - the classic latke topped with sliced Dawson's apples, Meyer Lemon Cold-fused Olive Oil, & J.Q. Dickinson flaky salt

Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 24 months from Mitica, sourced from the Emilia Romagna region of Italy, Parmigiano is a cheese that can't be pulled out of Italy- the distinct flavors capture the terroir of the region & the hundreds of years of cheese making history. The Mitica brand cheese follows the Italian DOP guidelines while sourcing from top dairies in the Emilia Romagna region.
