Hello & Welcome to the Winter CSA!
I realize that this is only going to leave you with 12 hrs to customize! However, we had to move while the field was clear of rain and while we still have helping hands to bring in the harvest, or quite literally we couldn't have future Winter CSA baskets! The farm is always a balancing act of priorities, and I need to orchestrate accordingly.
We have most things safely tucked away in storage! Still in the field are carrots, celeriac, dried beans, pop corn, parsnips, parsley root, beets, and dried soy beans. WE HAVE SOME HOURS if anyone wants some extra work! Minimum wage is all I offer, along with great exercise!Volunteers are also welcome!
For this weeks Winter CSA we still have a great selection of heat loving crops like eggplants, peppers, and tomatoes on offer! Although, the cherry tomatoes are only going to be available as extras since I can't fairly offer 15 pints :( . I couldn't predict we would have a second run of fruit to share.
We also need to talk TURKEY! Christmas ones are available for pre-orders now!
