Hello Farm-ily!
Enjoy a small selection of fresh veggies from our high tunnels next week along with eggs, pastured pork & beef, cheese and some Oak Spring merchandise.
We just turned on the propane heater in Tunnel 'C' and fired up the germination chamber last week to start an array of seeds.
Lettuce, kale, chard, bok choy, beets, parsley, cilantro (all the early Spring CSA staples), leeks, onions, and early tomatoes for the tunnel have been started. We have seeded directly into the soil, arugula, spicy mix, small onion bulbs for spring onions, spinach, radishes and turnips.
Spring will be here before we know it! Help us move out some winter veggies to make room for all we need to plant this Spring!
