Did these 10 weeks go by fast?
Did you find a new recipe? Do your jeans fit a little better from eating all those greens??
Our final week of Spring share will treat you well.
Although the rain isn't helping our strawberry harvest we do have some for next week.
They are just starting to come in so that's exciting, sad news about 1 in 5 is good due to the rain.
Strawberries like it sunny and dry!
We also have baby onions, baby zucchini, the first of the snap peas, and the first baby beets.
A super special treat...new potatoes! We tried something new this year and planted a row of potatoes in the high tunnel. They are young, tender, sweet Red Norlands. Yummy!
Perhaps we don't tell you enough but thank you for taking care of yourselves by eating local, organic food.
By taking care of yourself you take care of everyone around you better. Your support of our small farm and the several farms we source from means the world to me. You support allows me to support my family and continue to do what I love to do.
We strive to provide you with the most nutritious produce, fruit, meat, eggs, cheese & butter we can grow or find.
If you haven't already signed up for our Whole Season CSA that starts next week PLEASE SIGN UP HERE!
See you soon ;)
