Welcome Back, Oak Spring Farm Family!

We hope you all had a wonderful July 4th holiday! We're thrilled to be back and excited to share the incredible summer abundance we have in store for you this week.

What's Fresh This Week:

  • Eggplant: Perfect for grilling, roasting, or making a delicious baba ghanoush. Recipe HERE
  • Cherry Tomatoes: Sweet, juicy, and bursting with summer flavor.
  • Fresh Sweet Onions: Mild and versatile, great for salads, grilling, or caramelizing.
  • Fresh Garlic: Our new garlic crop is here, adding a flavorful punch to any dish.
  • Fresh Beets: Last of the spring beets, delicious and nutritious. Try this simple recipe
