My apologies for the lateness of this weeks customization period for the Thursday Deliveries. I have left the cut-off time till 11:30pm.
My inspiration for this weeks box is from cooking new mini potatoes when i was young. They are often roasted with rosemary and seasonings. At one time I didn't care for rosemary so I made roasted them with dill and lemon. They were a hit.
You have your choice of herbs this week, maybe even try garlic and oregano. Recently I have seen where they are pre-boiled, flattened and then roasted.
We have lost Nonna's Lunchbox offerings completely as Nonna's granddaughter has returned to work and school full time. Thanks for your support of her small business adventure. We will have baked goods offerings return next week.
