Some of you have been asking me...what happen to the weekly farm videos? So I am here to confess. Life has simply got away from me this season. I'm not making excuses (maybe a little) but having a toddler keeps you busy!
For those who are new members, let me explain. In past seasons, we created a weekly video of the share contents and it was emailed to members on Thursdays along with a pickup reminder. These videos were sometimes strictly informational: what the items were for that week. While other times they got a little crazy.
I really do plan to bring back the videos. Hopefully before the end of this season! In the meantime, enjoy this video from 2017 about our tomato varieties. One of our most popular video characters...Shirley Holmes (sister to Sherlock) "the Tomato Inspector".
P.S. With all the rain we got (which was needed!) the tomatoes are going down hill fast this season. Small ones (cherries and salads) are finishing and we hope to get a few more weeks of slicer and roma/paste harvest but overall the dry to wet is not good for ripening tomatoes. Stock up while you can! We will have bulk slicers and paste and romas for at least another week. Call 920-539-2083 to place an order.
