Hi Friends!
It's hard to believe we're at week 9 of the farm share already, almost halfway through the season. We're finally starting to catch up again after the almost drought back in early July and all of the extreme heat we had this month. Between the weather, the pandemic, and learning to be parents this has definitely been our most challenging farm season yet, and we're so grateful for you all for bearing with us and supporting our small family farm.
This week tomatoes are here to stay - we have plenty of cherry tomatoes and red slicers, although the heirlooms are ripening slower and need another week. We also have lots of squash, eggplant, and cucumber, as well as fresh rainbow carrots.
Thanks, and happy August!
Emma, Naomi, & Norah
