We hope you're all doing well after the unusual holiday weekend. Hopefully you got to enjoy some good food, at least!
Summer crops are starting to really come in this week. Basil, zucchini, summer squash, and pickling cucumbers (also great for eating fresh) are in full swing! We'll be supplementing our cukes with some from Pochė Family Farm and we added Grow Dat zucchinis in the mix as well. We're also getting more salad greens from Compostella Farm, who will be providing us with collards this week too. And Indian Springs greens are making an appearance in our share, along with Pointe Coupee sweet potatoes and Fletcher Farm strawberries.
Other fun additions:
- Insanitea kombuchas, yogurt, and kimchi
- The Lost Line onigirazu and hot sauce
- Jamboree Jams
- Mycelium Express oyster mushrooms
- Local Cooling eggs
