With a month behind us and at least another month of sheltering in place ahead, I hope everyone is getting into their COVID grooves. We have a couple of additional items this week that we think will help: iced coffee and fresh pasta!
We've been using this platform as a way of getting other local farmers' products onto your plates, and have been reaching out to other small local business owners as well. Last week we added Insanitea kombucha and other fermented products (yogurt is also available this week), and this week we're very excited to add Arrow Café house-made iced coffee 1/2 gallon containers (available at on-farm pick-ups only) and homemade fresh pasta from BeetsNThyme. Made with local eggs and high quality semolina flour, this is the freshest fettuccine around.
We've got plenty of fresh greens, herbs, and veggies from our fields for you, and we're including more fresh organic salad greens from Compostella Farm, kale from Indian Springs, sweet potatoes and onions from Pointe Coupee.
