I hope y'all have some good recipes for greens, because we've got all kinds of them on the menu this week! We're also bringing you lots of beautiful radishes and turnips (including some purple top turnips and extra radishes from our farmer friend Ellis at Major Acre Farm). And we're very excited to be including our own super flavorful garlic in the share this week. We didn't end up with nearly as much as we'd hoped, so it will probably all be distributed by after next week.
This week our extras section has plenty of excellent treats, including our delicious hot sauces, mushrooms (lion's mane, oyster, and chestnut!), eggs, tofu, jams, and the Lost Line's onigirazu.
