I guess I just really love March in New Orleans.
Farm shares have more beautiful salad and cooking greens, roots, herbs, and more. Extras include Johnsdale Farm strawberries, RQG hot sauce, the last Too Tall Farm ginger and turmeric harvest, Local Cooling eggs, Mycelium Express oyster mushrooms, VEGGI tofu, and some fun new Jamboree jam flavors.
We're expecting lots more variety from our fields (can you see all the plants in the pic taken this morning from our new deck!?) as the nice weather helps the crops recover after the cold. We're grateful to our farm partners Compostella, Indian Springs, and others for helping us fill our farm share boxes during the slow winter months.
