We harvested our garlic this week and it's currently all hanging up at the farm. There's been so much rain recently, we were worried there'd be a lot of rot, but so far the bulbs are looking really good. We're excited to be able to put it into shares, but we'll have to wait a little longer until they've cured a bit.
In the meantime though, BLUEBERRIES!! Faust Farm blueberries are available in the extras section this week. Please order before noon Saturday, which is when they need to know quantities by. This week's veggies include a wide variety of summery items like squash, cherry tomatoes (also from Faust), and the beginning of peppers and eggplants, along with abundant beautiful salad and cooking greens, carrots and other roots, and fresh herbs. We've got the freshest eggs from Local Cooling Farms, Mycelium Express mushrooms (including a limited amount of lion's mane), pickles and jam, and VEGGI tofu available as extras too.
