Welcome to the first week of the Summer CSA Season!
Thank you all for your support of our farm and family and the families of our employees. Your up front support helps make our business work and keeps things running as smoothly as possible!
For those of you new to our CSA, it may take you a couple weeks to get into the rhythm of using our CSA software called Harvie. Here are some things to help you get started:
- Harvie has a great FAQ page to help you with some of the basic questions. You can find it HERE.
- If you are on Facebook, Robinette Farms has a private Group just for CSA Members! Request to join HERE.
- If you are NOT on Facebook, we have a CSA Training Library on our website on a private page. You can find it HERE. Be sure to bookmark it for future reference!
- If you have questions that you can't find the answer to, reach out anytime to us directly at farmers@robinettefarms.com or to the team at Harvie at support@harvie.farm
If you pick up at Leon's: be sure to bring your own bag and your phone with the email you receive from us on Wednesday morning! This will tell you what to grab when you pick up, as this pick up is a market style pick up. That means you pack your own share!
If you pick up at The Farm, Assurity, Nelnet, UNL, LSH, or the Old Market: your share will be pre-packed in a box with your name on it. You will find your own box and please bring a bag to pack your share into. Ideally you will leave the empty box at the pick up location. Please handle boxes gently as we will re-use them as much as possible!
The first email you receive from us (this one) will be your customization email. This will tell you what Harvie created for you based on your preferences and then you have about 48 hours to swap items and purchase extra items if you want.
The second email you receive from us will be the morning of your pick up (or on Friday morning if you pick up at the Old Market!). This will be your final share email and will have specific amounts of each item you will have in your box or will collect at the Leon's pick up for yourself. When packing your own share at Leon's this email will be VERY important!
